It's not entirely clear what will happen if the suite is updated in the Store, but I'm guessing it will show as an update in the usual way. Process Explorer (screenshotted above) is an obvious one, for example. But you only need to run the ones you're interested in. Most of the tool names are self explanatory - some have graphical UIs, some don't, depending on the need.
